We created the ACTE club, as a VIP membership club, with a limited number of memberships.

Anonymous Angels is a Voluntary Association

BACKGROUND
A Voluntary Association is an agreement between three or more people to form an association to achieve a common non-profit objective, which promotes the public interest. The agreement does not have to be in writing. However, to avoid uncertainty and disputes it is in writing. This written agreement is the founding document of the organization called the Constitution.
The constitution sets out the rules that govern the non-profit organization (NPO), such as its main purpose and objectives, its membership, governance structures and procedures, and the rights and duties of the association, its members, and its office-bearers. The constitution provides clarity about these issues for people both inside and outside the association. There are many different kinds of associations, and their constitutions reflect their different characters.

The name of the Association is Anonymous Angels (hereafter referred to as the “Association”)

The Association is a public, non-profit organization established for the following sole object:
Helping, as a group and team assisting those in need, due to job loss in South Africa. Helping others to become able help themselves. A system to create sustainable jobs and extra income opportunities for all.

ANONYMOUS ANGELS.
Not everyone wants their credit in newspapers for doing good. So we created a channel where you can be part of making a difference and still stay anonymous to the public.
THE TWELVE WISHES PROJECT
The 12 Wishes project is created after watching and being inspirited by the film “The Perfect Gift”, the twelve wishes assist in the most and best possible ways where we can.
WISH 1
STUDY ASSISTANCE (Experiencing the gift of LEARNING)
To help people to experience this gift, we assist in providing bursaries to help with education and self-improvement.
WISH 2
UPSKILLING (Experiencing the gift of PROBLEMS)
We create S.H.A.R.P (Self Help and Reskill Project) for people in between jobs to let people help experience this gift. Life happens, we do not always see it coming, being prepared for the challenges, we face. Assisting and helping to get back self-esteem seeing and reasoning how to plan, coping, and getting back into the job market.

MEAL-a-DAY: (Experiencing the gift of GIVING)
To make available the opportunity for people at least have one meal a day, every day.
WISH 4
MARKETING SMES: (Experiencing the gift of FRIENDS)
An opportunity where people and friends help SMEs is to promote and assist them in growth, by making use of our Time and Goods Exchange Platform ”TAG-E-PSA”.
WISH 5
OTHER CHARITIES: (Experiencing the gift of LOVE)
Give assistance to other charities to help them in their dreams, to assist and share, sharing is caring, and caring is love. Here we assist any other registered charities where possible, in need, and on request.

CREATE EMPLOYMENT: (Experiencing the gift of WORK)
With the ACTE-CLUB, “P & P Consultants” employment positions are created to help and assist in the current unemployment rate to employment position and experience the gift of work.
WISH 7
START-UPS – T.E.N: (Experiencing the gift of DREAMS)
Helping people to kick start their dreams in the form of new businesses to experience the gift of dreams. We have business coaches to mentor, and the application needs to be accompanied by a business plan and motivation letter.

CANCER PATIENT ASSISTANCE
Be there and assist people that need help but cannot afford the care, for them to experience the GIFT of A DAY.
WISH 9
ORPHANS DUE TO TRAGEDY
Assist those children that become orphans due to tragedy, to help them to experience the GIFT of FAMILY.
WISH 10
DAILY MOTIVATION
Give and send daily motivation to people to help experience the GIFT of GRADETUDE.

ELDERLY ASSISTANCE
The forgotten ones. There are elderly people that need assistance without children to help them to experience the GIFT of LAUGHTER. We provide assistance for those elderly people without children, due to children passing before them, or whatever the reason is why, someone is not taking care of them.
